Inputs
In Python, inputs that are objects can be passed either as argument classes or as dictionary literals.
The Snapshot resource accepts the following input properties:
- VolumeId string
- The Volume ID of which to make a snapshot.
- Description string
- A description of what the snapshot is.
- OutpostArn string
- The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the Outpost on which to create a local snapshot.
- PermanentRestore bool
- Indicates whether to permanently restore an archived snapshot.
- StorageTier string
- The name of the storage tier. Valid values are archiveandstandard. Default value isstandard.
- Dictionary<string, string>
- A map of tags to assign to the snapshot. If configured with a provider default_tagsconfiguration block present, tags with matching keys will overwrite those defined at the provider-level.

- permanent_restore bool
- Indicates whether to permanently restore an archived snapshot.
- storage_tier str
- The name of the storage tier. Valid values are archiveandstandard. Default value isstandard.
- Mapping[str, str]
- A map of tags to assign to the snapshot. If configured with a provider default_tagsconfiguration block present, tags with matching keys will overwrite those defined at the provider-level.

- A description of what the snapshot is.

- Whether the snapshot is encrypted.
- kmsKey StringId 
- The ARN for the KMS encryption key.
- outpostArn String
- The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the Outpost on which to create a local snapshot.
- ownerAlias String
- Value from an Amazon-maintained list (amazon,aws-marketplace,microsoft) of snapshot owners.

Using pulumi import, import EBS Snapshot using the id. For example:
