Inputs
In Python, inputs that are objects can be passed either as argument classes or as dictionary literals.
The Fleet resource accepts the following input properties:
- BaseCapacity int
- The initial number of machines allocated to the compute fleet, which defines the number of builds that can run in parallel.

- The compute configuration of the compute fleet. This is only required if computeTypeis set toATTRIBUTE_BASED_COMPUTE.
